Tebet Eco Park Bus Stop Repaired After Truck Collision, Services Remain Normal
The Tebet Eco Park Transjakarta bus stop is undergoing repairs after being hit by a truck last night. Despite the damage, Transjakarta confirmed that the Pluit-bound Tebet Eco Park stop remains open to passengers and that services passing through the stop are operating normally.
“The bus stop is currently in the process of being repaired,” said Ayu Wardhani, Head of Public Relations and CSR at Transjakarta, in a statement on Thursday (25/6/2026).
The Pluit-bound Tebet Eco Park bus stop was damaged after being struck by a loaded truck at 2.55 am local time. Transjakarta apologised for any inconvenience caused by the damage. “Transjakarta apologises for the inconvenience experienced by customers at the Tebet Eco Park bus stop due to the incident,” Ayu stated.
Police are currently searching for the identity of the vehicle that struck the bus stop. The incident reportedly occurred on Thursday (25/6/2026) at around 2.50 am. An officer named Panji was working at the ticket counter when a truck passed through the bus stop area. All vehicles were being diverted onto the busway because road resurfacing work was taking place on the main road.
“The top part of the truck’s load got caught,” said AKBP Ojo Ruslani, Head of the Traffic Law Enforcement Sub-directorate of the Metro Jaya Police. A Transjakarta officer went outside to check the situation, but the truck immediately accelerated and fled the scene.
