TCL Indonesia Expands Business Line with Launch of Premium QD-Mini LED Monitor
Amidst a growing trend in the demand for high-end visual peripherals for gaming, live streaming, and digital content production, PT Yongwang Electronics Indonesia (TCL Indonesia) is expanding its business portfolio. The company has introduced the TCL 25-inch G64 monitor, marking its first entry into the premium monitor market in Indonesia using QD-Mini LED technology.
This strategic move aims to extend the application of premium display technology, previously primarily used in Mini LED televisions, to the monitor market. Leveraging its extensive experience in the television industry, TCL identified significant growth opportunities driven by the increasing need for high-performance visual devices.
Designed under the theme ‘Ultimate Experience’, the TCL 25-inch G64 combines rapid gaming performance with accurate visual quality. The product is aimed at a diverse user base, including esports athletes, streamers, graphic designers, and video editors who require precise colour reproduction.
A key feature of the device is the use of panels produced by TCL CSOT (China Star Optoelectronics Technology), one of the world’s largest display panel manufacturers. By combining Quantum Dot (QLED) and Mini LED technologies, the monitor delivers sharper imagery, richer colours, and deeper contrast. The technology allows for more precise light control, which is essential for professionals requiring colour accuracy.
To support professional creative workflows, the monitor offers a DCI-P3 colour gamut of up to 97 per cent and 99 per cent sRGB coverage. With a brightness level of up to 600 nits, the device also supports HDR content processing, including colour grading and visual rendering.
For the competitive gaming community, the TCL 25-inch G64 supports a refresh rate of up to 300Hz and a 1ms GTG response time, ensuring smooth and responsive motion during esports or first-person shooter (FPS) gameplay. The monitor is also equipped with AMD FreeSync Premium technology to reduce screen tearing and stuttering. Additional features include ‘Game Mode’ and ‘Shadow Enhancement’ to assist users in seeing details in dark areas.
The design features an ultra-slim 2mm bezel on three sides, providing a wider field of view and supporting multi-monitor setups. The device is VESA Mount compatible and includes connectivity options such as one DisplayPort, two HDMI ports, a headphone output, and a DC input. Furthermore, the monitor has obtained TÜV Rheinland certification for Low Blue Light and Flicker Free to reduce eye strain during prolonged use.
The TCL 25-inch G64 has been available in the Indonesian market since 1 June 2026 through various online sales channels, reflecting the increasing competition in the premium monitor segment.
