Taxi thanks

We would like to thank Mr. Maurice Cook, general manager of
Radisson Hotel, for his letter, "Happy adventure in a taxi" (The
Jakarta Post, Dec. 3). Bambang is indeed one of the resourceful
and dynamic drivers of Blue Bird who we are proud of.

He fulfills Blue Bird's mission -- providing reliable
transportation services. Our definition of transportation
services is "to bring our passengers to their destination with
comfort, safety and convenience, in a well-maintained vehicle and
by the most efficient route possible".

Blue Bird drivers are rewarded in a quarterly and yearly
ceremonies for outstanding performance and for returning lost
belongings left in our taxis. Bambang will definitely be one of
those drivers.
