Tax Service Face-to-Face Facilities Close 18–24 March During Nyepi and Eid Holidays
JAKARTA — The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) has announced that face-to-face tax service offices will temporarily close during the Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr holiday and joint leave period.
Through an official announcement on its website, the DJP stated that tax offices will close face-to-face services from 18–24 March 2026.
“We will reopen services from 25 March 2026,” the DJP stated in its announcement on Tuesday, 17 March 2026.
The closure occurs ahead of the deadline for filing the 2025 annual Tax Return (SPT) for individual taxpayers, which falls on 31 March 2026.
For this reason, the DJP has urged taxpayers to submit their annual tax returns before the holiday period so that their tax obligations can be completed earlier.
Before the tax office closes on 18 March 2026, taxpayers can still visit the office directly if they require assistance or support from officials in the process of filing their annual tax return.
Although face-to-face services will be temporarily suspended, annual tax returns can still be filed online through the DJP’s Coretax system at coretaxdjp.pajak.go.id.
“Come on, complete it now so that your Eid holiday is worry-free without any burden,” the DJP stated.
