REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, MAKKAH – The national comprehensive application, Tawakkalna, enables pilgrims and personnel working during the 2026 Hajj season to access government-related Hajj services in 19 international languages.

This initiative is part of an integrated digital ecosystem led by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), aiming to facilitate the pilgrimage journey and enhance the digital experience for pilgrims from their arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia until their departure.

The Tawakkalna application offers more than 1,300 digital services in collaboration with over 350 government entities, covering various categories including health, education, justice, tourism, professional services, and entertainment, as quoted on the Saudi Gazette website, Sunday (May 17, 2026).

This effort reflects a broader drive to integrate advanced technology across service providers during the Hajj season through smart solutions that simplify procedures and improve the quality of services provided to pilgrims in Makkah, the holy sites, and Madinah.

The Tawakkalna application provides various languages, including Arabic, English, Indonesian, Hindi, Urdu, Turkish, French, Bengali, Persian, Malay, Russian, Chinese, Filipino, German, Dutch, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, accommodating the diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds of pilgrims.

The application enables pilgrims to easily access and display their Hajj permits electronically through integration with the Tasreeh Platform, a unified digital platform for Hajj permits. The application also allows users to view various permits issued by government agencies, including Hajj permit cards, entry permits to Makkah, and permits related to work, volunteer activities, and vehicles.

The Tawakkalna application has over 35 million users and continues to play a key role as a national platform supporting digital transformation and improving the quality of life, in line with the goals of Vision 2030 and the Doyof Al-Rahman Service Program.

The application serves as a comprehensive digital platform that supports pilgrims throughout their daily journey, offering a smoother and more seamless experience through easy access to government services and integration with various digital platforms.
