Taste the Cassava Dessert

Visitors to the Pendopo Lounge, Borobudur Hotel, can experience the different tastes of cassava cooked in various dishes from Sept. 1 through Sept. 30.

Served as a dessert, visitors can taste stewed cassava with cinnamon powder and ginger tuille. There is also baked cassava pillow with jackfruit sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Others can enjoy cassava ice cream with sago tuille, baked cassava with coconut palm and durian compote or cassava cake with vanilla sauce and durian ice cream.

Meanwhile, the Miyama Japanese restaurant will provide summer cuisine served in a bento box throughout September. The Natsu Bento contains an appetizer, Chawan mushi, and a skewer of beef tenderloin. It will also provide Donburi Rice Bowl; sushi or steamed rice topped with choice of sashimi, tempura, gindara, yakiniku and others.
