Taste on menu at Menara Peninsula

Hotel Menara Peninsula has welcomed aboard three new captains
for its Food and Beverage services. They are Executive Chef
Suparto Wignyosumarto, Executive Sous Chef Wintolo Satmoyo Siwi
and Banquet Executive Chef Sayuzi Achmad.

Each of the chefs has impressive experience in the hotel
industry. Suparto, after four years at the Grand Hyatt, went on
to the Shangri-La for six years before coming to Menara. Wintolo
was with the Mulia Senayan and Sayuzi, after years with Suparto
at the Shangri-La Jakarta and a short stay at Raddin Ancol,
joined the team a month ago.

They will be putting their culinary stamp on all of the
hotel's restaurants and, of course, in banqueting for meetings
and receptions at the Menara Peninsula.

They are introducing Lunch and Dinner Buffets, with a
selection of appetizers, main courses, salad bar and desserts,
for the great value of Rp 45,000++. It's an excellent feast of
taste for a price that cannot be beat.

The hotel is conveniently located on Jl. Jend. S. Parman 78,
