PT TASPEN (Persero) has successfully received a Silver Winner award from PR INDONESIA at The 5th Indonesia DEI & ESG Awards (IDEAS) 2026 held in Jakarta. The highest appreciation in the DEI Communication Program category (Disability Inclusion Sub-category) was presented to TASPEN representative Rizky Bachrudin. The award recognises the corporation’s success in championing equal internal employment opportunities while providing disability-friendly public services. This achievement marks the first time TASPEN’s disability inclusion programme has won the highest award at the national IDEAS event since the competition was launched. Corporate Secretary of TASPEN, Henra, affirmed that this appreciation strengthens TASPEN’s role in integrating the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) into the heart of the company’s operations. TASPEN views equality not merely as fulfilling regulatory quotas, but as a safe space to value the diversity of internal talent while ensuring inclusive and equal service rights for all pensioner participants without leaving anyone behind. The successful implementation of this programme is clearly reflected through the story of Mega Mandrayani, an employee with a disability who now successfully holds a Structural Official position in the General Affairs Division of a TASPEN Branch Office. Serving on the general operational front line, Mega is fully responsible for leading the internal administrative governance of the branch office, coordinating the maintenance of infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operational logistics for the comfort of pensioner services. Mega’s success in winning the Exemplary Employee title for two consecutive years and now becoming a structural official is the fruit of TASPEN’s highly supportive work ecosystem. Mega acknowledged that she was able to realise her best potential because she felt very comfortable with a corporate culture that firmly rejects all forms of discrimination. Within TASPEN, all talents are heard and assessed purely based on professional capacity, competence, and objective performance. Institutionally, the ‘No One Left Behind’ narrative was deemed superior by the expert jury panel because it is robustly supported by two pillars of movement: Internal Inclusion, where from 2019 to 2025 TASPEN continuously opened professional employment access for disability groups, now encompassing 15 active employees with career guarantees, including placing two employees with disabilities in structural positions; and External Inclusion, where disability-friendly infrastructure has been massively provided at TASPEN’s Head Office and all Branch Offices across Indonesia, including Braille-format forms, supporting lifts, ramps, special toilets, and front-line staff equipped with high competence and empathy. This adaptive work culture also led TASPEN to break into the Top 15 Best Workplaces in Indonesia list by LinkedIn Top Companies 2025. This award further strengthens TASPEN’s position as a Centre of Excellence in the administration of national social security, proven by the corporation’s success in creating new benchmarks for adaptive, innovative, and measurable disability inclusion governance.
