TASPEN Urges Partners Not to Give Eid Gifts to Employees
Jakarta — PT TASPEN (Persero) has appealed to all participants, business partners, and company contractors not to give gifts, hampers, or presents of any kind to TASPEN staff or subsidiary personnel ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah as part of efforts to maintain integrity and prevent conflicts of interest.
Corporate Secretary of TASPEN, Henra, stated that this policy aligns with the implementation of ISO 37001:2025 Anti-Bribery Management System that the company has adopted to strengthen governance and organisational integrity.
“At TASPEN, we remain committed to building a professional work culture that upholds integrity. Therefore, we request the cooperation of all stakeholders to support the zero gratification initiative by not giving gifts of any kind ahead of this Eid celebration,” said Henra in a statement in Jakarta on Monday.
He explained that this commitment is also part of implementing the latest provisions regarding gratification control as set out in the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Regulation No. 1 of 2026 amending KPK Regulation No. 2 of 2019 concerning gratification reporting.
The regulation strengthens the mechanism for reporting and controlling gratification to encourage more integrity-based and accountable governance within institutions.
TASPEN has also invited the public and all stakeholders to play an active role in maintaining a transparent and accountable working environment by reporting any individuals who request or accept gifts or gratification related to their position.
Reports can be submitted through the whistleblowing system (WBS) provided by the company, including via email pengaduan@taspen.co.id, SMS or WhatsApp 08111446666, and the website wbs.taspen.co.id with guaranteed confidentiality of the reporter’s identity.
Throughout 2025, TASPEN has implemented various initiatives to strengthen anti-corruption culture and gratification control, including anti-corruption awareness campaigns for International Anti-Corruption Day, Compliance Movie Day activities, awareness programmes on compliance culture and good corporate governance at the head office and branches, an integrity e-learning programme, and internal digital campaigns emphasising the 5 NO principle: No Bribery, No Kickback, No Gift, No Luxurious Hospitality, and No Conflict of Interest.
Through these measures, TASPEN hopes for the support of all stakeholders to jointly create a clean working environment free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism.
The company is also targeting zero fraud in the workplace as part of strengthening integrity culture whilst reaffirming TASPEN’s role in managing social security for state apparatus.
