TASPEN supports relaxation of 2025 SPT reporting through TOOS
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT TASPEN (Persero) supports the policy of relaxing the reporting of the Annual Individual Income Tax Notification Letter (SPT PPh) for the 2025 Tax Year by providing digital service conveniences for pension beneficiaries through the TASPEN One Hour Online Service (TOOS). TASPEN Corporate Secretary Henra stated that the TOOS service can be utilised by pension participants to access and download Pension Tax Withholding Evidence in a practical manner as one of the supporting documents for SPT reporting. “In particular, in providing easy access to the required tax documents, including supporting participants in fulfilling their tax obligations on time through the utilisation of digital services,” said Henra in a written statement in Jakarta on Wednesday. Henra conveyed that the reporting of the 2025 Annual Individual Income Tax SPT can still be carried out until 30 April 2026 in accordance with the relaxation policy for annual SPT reporting and payment provided by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) of the Ministry of Finance. Through TOOS, pension participants can access tax withholding evidence without having to come directly to the branch office, making the tax reporting process more efficient and convenient. The steps to access pension tax withholding evidence via TOOS are that participants can open the site tos.taspen.co.id, then log in or register an account. After that, participants select the pension tax withholding evidence menu, determine the SPT year, then click check withholding evidence and select the print option to download the document in PDF format. “We urge all participants to take advantage of the 2025 SPT reporting opportunity until the specified deadline, as well as use the available digital services to support tax administration convenience,” said Henra. TASPEN also provides assistance services for participants experiencing difficulties through the call centre 1500919, official social media @taspen, or the nearest branch office. The company emphasises that strengthening this digital service is part of efforts to improve service quality and sustainable innovation, in line with TASPEN’s commitment to managing civil servant social security.
