TASPEN provides tax withholding slip download service via TOS TASPEN
PT TASPEN (Persero) has introduced a service for downloading Income Tax Article 21 withholding slips through the TOS TASPEN platform to make it easier for pension participants to fulfil their annual tax return obligations.
Participants can access the service independently through their TOS TASPEN account by selecting the Pension Tax Withholding Slip menu, choosing the tax return year, and then downloading the required document.
TASPEN Corporate Secretary Henra said the provision of this digital service allows participants to obtain withholding slips without having to visit a TASPEN office.
“Through TOS TASPEN, participants do not need to come to the office just to obtain a tax withholding slip, because the entire process can be done independently, anytime and anywhere,” he said in a statement in Jakarta on Thursday.
After obtaining the withholding slip, participants can use the document as one of the supporting documents for filing their annual tax return online through the Directorate General of Taxes’ Coretax system.
TASPEN urges participants to first download the Income Tax Article 21 withholding slip through TOS TASPEN before accessing the Coretax system to submit their annual tax return.
Participants who encounter difficulties in the tax return filing process can obtain assistance by contacting the nearest Tax Service Office.
The provision of digital withholding slips is part of TASPEN’s efforts to improve ease of access to services for participants while supporting digital transformation in public services.
TASPEN stated that the service is expected to help participants fulfil their tax obligations more easily, in an orderly manner, and on time.
PT TASPEN is a state-owned enterprise that administers social security programmes for civil servants and state officials, including the Work Accident Insurance Programme, Death Insurance, Old-Age Savings, and the Pension Programme.
TASPEN also continues to develop digital services to improve the ease, security, and comfort of participants in accessing various services independently.
