TASPEN’s Chief Commissioner Fary Djemy Francis stated that the company prioritises strategic steps through the development of adaptive and efficient technological innovations to address the acceleration of digital transformation. “Facing the acceleration of digital transformation, TASPEN prioritises strategic steps through the development of adaptive and efficient technological innovations. This effort represents the company’s commitment to providing premium services that offer long-term added value to participants,” said Fary in a statement in Jakarta on Tuesday. On this occasion, TASPEN is implementing several strategic transformation steps, including strengthening data-based decision-making through the development of the Taspen Dashboard as a real-time performance monitoring instrument. In addition, the company is also utilising artificial intelligence (AI) technology in managing participant services and complaints to improve the speed and quality of responses. TASPEN also emphasises four main transformation focuses, namely accelerating digitalisation based on data and technology, strengthening the company’s financial resilience in facing economic dynamics, developing more comprehensive financial protection services for participants, and strengthening governance, integrity, and public trust. Fary added that this transformation strategy is carried out to improve company performance while strengthening public trust in the management of long-term funds. “Through measured strategies, TASPEN not only improves company performance but also plays a role in strengthening public trust in the safe and responsible management of long-term funds,” he said.
