Taspen Distributes Lebaran THR to Pensioners

PT Taspen began distributing the 2026 Lebaran Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) to all pensioners on Thursday, 5 March 2026. The Lebaran THR is disbursed simultaneously through the pension-payment system integrated with 45 payment partners across Indonesia.

Independent Commissioner Ariawan of PT Taspen reviewed the THR handover at several payment partners in Makassar, South Sulawesi. ‘I have just directly monitored the distribution or payment of THR conducted by our payment partners that work with Taspen, of course at three payment partners which I observed directly—Bank Mandiri Taspen (Mantap), Bank BRI, then the Post Office and Bang Sulselbar. This is running well,’ Ariawan said in Makassar on Friday, 6 March 2026, as quoted in the official statement.

Ariawan said the THR distribution reflects the company’s commitment to recognising the service of retirees. The THR is expected to act as a driver of purchasing power for the community ahead of Idul Fitri this year.

This year Taspen will pay Lebaran THR to 3,234,556 pensioners based on the income components received in the preceding month. The components consist of basic pension, family allowances, food allowances, and additional income in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.

The THR payments are not subject to deductions for contributions or other deductions including pension loan deductions, except for income tax as applicable and borne by the government.

Taspen also urged all pension recipients to remain vigilant against various fraud schemes impersonating Taspen, particularly in relation to information about the THR 2026 payments. ‘PT Taspen never requests personal participant data such as account numbers, PINs, OTPs, or charges in the benefits-disbursement process,’ Ariawan said.
