PT TASPEN (Persero) has officially signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with the Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance of the Ministry of Religious Affairs at the KH Rasjidi Auditorium, Ministry of Religious Affairs Building, on Wednesday (1/7/2026).

The signing was conducted by the President Director of TASPEN, Rony Hanityo Aprianto, and the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Abu Rokhmad, witnessed by TASPEN’s Operational Director, Tribuna Phitera Djaja.

This strategic cooperation between the two parties promotes the integration and utilisation of marriage data within the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) and access to the TASPEN One Hour Online Service (TOOS) application. This initiative reflects a commitment to improving service quality for Civil Servants (ASN) and accelerating digital transformation within government agencies.

TASPEN Corporate Secretary, Henra, stated that the synergy between TASPEN and the Ministry of Religious Affairs is expected to create a simpler, faster, and more efficient service process. “This step also strengthens inter-agency collaboration in providing increasingly optimal public services for the community, particularly for TASPEN participants,” he said in a statement quoted on Friday (3/7/2026).

The data integration between the Ministry of Religious Affairs’ SIMKAH and TASPEN’s TOOS is a crucial step impacting service quality. Without this integration, participants would lack the convenience of accessing integrated digital services and would face difficulties in obtaining real-time information regarding their marital status.

In addition to ensuring that updates to marital status occur instantaneously, this system synergy serves a strategic function for widows/widowers receiving pensions who may remarry. It acts as an effective mitigation instrument to prevent the improper payment of pension benefits in accordance with applicable laws.

Moving forward, this collaboration will significantly simplify the document filing process for participants. Through web service integration within the TASPEN One Hour Online Service (TOOS) application, the verification of marital status can now be performed by TASPEN instantly and in real-time.

This strategic move with the Ministry of Religious Affairs reinforces TASPEN’s commitment to accelerating digital transformation, implementing good corporate governance, and raising service standards for all participants.

This synergy is a tangible manifestation of TASPEN’s commitment to applying the ‘5T’ principle: Accurate Administration, Accurate Person, Accurate Time, Accurate Amount, and Accurate Place, to ensure reliable and targeted services for participants.

As a Center of Excellence in managing social security for Civil Servants and State Officials, TASPEN continues to strengthen service transformation through digital innovation, improved service quality, and the development of a sustainable social protection ecosystem.

One implementation of this transformation is realised through the optimisation of digital services via the ‘Andal by Taspen’ application, which has been downloaded over 3 million times via the App Store and Play Store.

These efforts align with President Prabowo Subianto’s ‘Asta Cita’ mission to strengthen a social protection system that is adaptive, inclusive, and oriented towards improving public welfare.
