PT TASPEN (Persero) commenced the distribution of the 2026 13th-month salary for Civil Servant (ASN) pensioners on Tuesday, 2 June 2026. This disbursement is in accordance with Government Regulation (PP) Number 9 of 2026 regarding the provision of Religious Holiday Allowances (THR) and 13th-month salaries for State Apparatus, Pensioners, and Allowance Recipients for the year 2026.

The 13th-month salary is being distributed through 46 TASPEN payment partners across Indonesia, covering a total of 3.25 million participants. The administration of President Prabowo Subianto has ensured that pension payments and additional entitlements for Civil Servants are distributed on time and in full. To ensure a smooth process, TASPEN conducted spot checks at branch offices throughout the country, with the Board of Directors and Commissioners specifically attending inspections in the Batam and Makassar regions.

The 2026 implementation recorded an increase compared to the previous year in terms of the number of beneficiaries, the total value of benefits, and the speed of distribution. The number of beneficiaries rose from 3.16 million to 3.25 million. In terms of value, the total payment increased by approximately Rp400 billion, rising from Rp10.43 trillion in 2025 to Rp10.83 trillion in 2026.

Regarding distribution speed, 99.14 per cent of the benefits were received by participants on the first day, an improvement from the 96 per cent achieved last year. This achievement reflects TASPEN’s commitment to ensuring that participants’ rights are delivered punctually, optimally, and with expanding benefits for pensioners.

Pensioners are not required to submit any special applications or authentication to receive the 2026 13th-month salary. Payments are processed based on the pension payment data from May 2026. However, participants are still required to perform their routine monthly authentication as per existing regulations.

The Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of PT TASPEN (Persero), Fary Djemi Franscis, expressed appreciation for TASPEN’s system reliability, noting that funds transferred from the Ministry of Finance were disbursed to pensioners within just six hours. He emphasised President Prabowo Subianto’s directive that the 13th-month salary be provided on time to meet the needs of pensioners and their families.

TASPEN ensures that the 13th-month salary is distributed accurately, on target, and without deductions. Even if pensioners have existing loans with payment partners, the 13th-month salary must not be deducted by these partners so that pensioners receive the full amount. Pensioners are urged to report any unauthorised deductions to TASPEN immediately.

Key provisions for the 2026 13th-month salary include:

  1. The amount is based on the income components paid in May 2026, including allowances received for one month according to regulations.

  2. The 13th-month salary is exempt from contribution deductions, pension credit deductions, and income tax, as these are covered by the government.

  3. For those with multiple beneficiary statuses, only one payment will be made, based on the highest amount.

  4. For those receiving both a pension and widow/widower allowances, both components will be paid.

  5. For Civil Servants or State Officials retiring from 1 June 2020 onwards, the 13th-month salary will be paid by their last place of employment.

In line with President Prabowo Subianto’s ‘Asta Cita’ mission to improve public welfare and provide clean, trusted public services, TASPEN remains committed to reliable service. TASPEN also advises participants to remain vigilant against fraud attempts. All TASPEN services are provided free of charge, and participants are encouraged to access information only through official company channels, local TASPEN offices, or the 1500919 Call Centre.
