PT TASPENT (Persero) has distributed the 2026 13th-month salary to 99 per cent of Civil Servant (ASN) pensioners on the first day of disbursement, Tuesday, 2 June 2026. The President Commissioner of PT TASPEN (Persero), Fary Djemy Francis, stated that the distribution was carried out accurately in terms of timing, amount, and target, without any deductions.

He expressed appreciation for TASPEN’s reliable system, noting that funds transferred from the Ministry of Finance were disbursed to pensioners within just six hours. As of Tuesday morning, approximately 99.14 per cent of the funds had been distributed. He further emphasised that even if pensioners have existing loans with payment partners, the 13th-month salary must not be deducted by these partners, ensuring pensioners receive the full amount. Pensioners are urged to report any unauthorised deductions to TASPEN immediately.

The disbursement follows Government Regulation (PP) Number 9 of 2026 regarding the Provision of Religious Holiday Allowances and 13th-month Salaries to State Apparatus, Pensioners, and Allowance Recipients for 2026. The payments are processed through 46 TASPEN payment partners across Indonesia, covering a total of 3.25 million beneficiaries.

The 2026 implementation shows an increase compared to the previous year in terms of the number of beneficiaries, the value of the benefits, and the speed of distribution. The number of beneficiaries rose from 3.16 million to 3.25 million, while the total value increased by approximately Rp400 billion, from Rp10.43 trillion in 2025 to Rp10.83 trillion in 2026. The speed of distribution also improved, with 99.14 per cent of beneficiaries receiving their funds on the first day, compared to 96 per cent last year.

Pensioners are not required to submit special applications or authentication to receive the 2026 13th-month salary, as payments are based on May 2026 pension data. However, regular monthly authentication remains mandatory. Key provisions include:

  1. The amount is based on income components paid in May 2026, including allowances as per regulations.

  2. The 13th-month salary is exempt from contribution deductions, pension credit deductions, and income tax, as these are covered by the government.

  3. For those with multiple beneficiary statuses, only one payment is made, based on the highest nominal value.

  4. For those receiving both a pension and widow/widower allowances, both entitlements will be paid.

  5. For ASN employees and State Officials retiring from 1 June 2026 onwards, the 13th-month salary will be paid by their last place of employment.

TASPEN also advises all participants to remain vigilant against fraud attempts. All TASPEN services are provided free of charge, and participants are encouraged to access information only through official company channels, the nearest TASPEN branch, or the Call Centre at 1500919.
