PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BSI) is offering home ownership financing with margins starting from the equivalent of 2.75 per cent at the Danantara Housing Expo 2026. The company stated that this programme is part of its support for the 3 Million Houses Programme launched by the government.

During the exhibition, which takes place from 27–30 August 2026 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), PIK 2, BSI is also offering down payments starting from 1 per cent, monthly instalments starting from approximately Rp1 million, and financing tenures of up to 30 years.

BSI’s Director of Retail Banking, Kemas Erwan Husainy, stated that the programme is designed to expand public access to Sharia-based home financing, particularly for the younger generation and families purchasing their first home. “We recognise that home ownership is one of the most essential basic needs. Through these special promotions at the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, BSI hopes to provide financing solutions that are easy, affordable, and, of course, in accordance with Sharia principles,” Kemas said in a written statement.

In addition to non-subsidised housing finance, BSI is also offering subsidised housing finance through the Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP) programme. Through BSI KPR Sejahtera, low-income communities can obtain financing with a fixed margin of 5 per cent until maturity, light instalments, and VAT-free facilities.

BSI stated it is prepared to serve the financing needs of both low-income and non-low-income communities at the Danantara Housing Expo 2026. The exhibition features over 200,000 housing units from both State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and private developers.

Ahead of the exhibition, BSI has also organised a series of pre-events by opening booths at several locations, including KICC Halim and Padalarang, PLN Trunojoyo, I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, and Summarecon Mall Bekasi.
