Target Raised Again, Blue Bird (BIRD) Chief Signals Strong 2025 Performance
Jakarta — PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) is signalling continued momentum in operational performance. Management has indicated that the company’s 2025 targets are projected to increase further, surpassing previous results and maintaining its recovery trajectory following the Covid-19 pandemic.
Chief Executive Officer Adrianto (Andre) Djokosoetono stated that the company has set 2025 performance targets higher than those achieved in 2024.
“Last year when I was interviewed, what were the 2025 targets? Higher than the previous year, right? Yes, that’s what the results will be,” said Andre during the Bluebird Group Media Iftar Gathering on Monday (9 June 2025).
He added that 2025 performance achievements are expected to exceed results recorded by the company over the past several years.
“Higher than before, before, before, before that,” he said.
Currently, Bluebird operates approximately 28,000 drivers across 58 taxi pools distributed across various operational regions.
In 2024, the company recorded revenue of Rp 5.04 trillion, representing 14 per cent year-on-year growth compared to the same period in the previous year.
The revenue growth supported the company’s net profit, which reached Rp 593 billion, up 28 per cent year-on-year.
In the same period, the company also recorded EBITDA of Rp 1.2 trillion, up 9 per cent year-on-year.
