Tanjung Priok Immigration Strengthens Services Through PASPORIA Programme
The Tanjung Priok Class I TPI Immigration Office continues to strengthen services for the local community by introducing a public service innovation through the Paspor Car Free Day (PASPORIA) activity on Sunday. “This activity is an effort to bring immigration services closer to the public by providing passport services at easily accessible locations on weekends,” said Head of the Tanjung Priok Immigration Office, Imam Setiawan, in Jakarta on Sunday. He stated that the PASPORIA service makes it easier for people who have limited time on weekdays to apply for passports. According to him, the service is provided in a comfortable atmosphere with an orderly process, allowing the public to obtain immigration services quickly, easily, and professionally. He explained that during the activity, officers from the Tanjung Priok Class I TPI Immigration Office provided services in accordance with applicable operational standards. This includes document verification, biometric data collection, and providing information regarding passport application requirements and procedures. “The Tanjung Priok Class I TPI Immigration Office affirms its commitment to continuously improving the quality of excellent, adaptive, and community-oriented public services,” he said. He added that service innovations like PASPORIA are expected to provide easier access while increasing public satisfaction with immigration services. “We invite the public to continue using official immigration services and to follow information regarding schedules and locations through the official social media channels of the Tanjung Priok Class I TPI Immigration Office,” he said.
