Tangsel Land Office Holds Prayer and Religious Reading to Strengthen Staff Spirituality and Integrity

The Land Office of South Tangerang (Kantah Tangsel) has organised a religious reading and communal prayer session for its staff to enhance spirituality and integrity within the office. Head of Kantah Tangsel, Seto Apriyadi, stated that strengthening spiritual values is crucial for building a healthy and integrity-driven work culture in government institutions. ‘Balancing professional work with spiritual values will lead to more optimal and humane public services,’ Seto emphasised. The event, besides serving as spiritual development, aims to strengthen solidarity and cohesion among staff in delivering land services to the public. He reiterated Kantah Tangsel’s commitment to fostering transparent, accountable, and integrity-based work culture, in line with bureaucratic reform and improved public service quality in land affairs. The religious reading, conducted with unity and solemnity, forms part of mental training and character strengthening for public service officials. Implementing the BerAKHLAK values (service-oriented, accountable, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptable, and collaborative) must begin with a disciplined mindset. The health and safety culture cannot be built instantly but requires consistency and active participation from all parties. Strengthening work culture through the New Working Culture programme and establishing a Business Transformation Committee is key to ensuring all organisational processes adapt effectively. The Secretary-General of the Regional Representative Council (DPD RI), Mohammad Iqbal, stated that innovation within the DPD RI Secretariat must not remain ceremonial or short-term projects. Behind every remarkable achievement, there is strong harmony and synergy among individuals working towards a shared vision.
