Tangsel City Government Sweeps BUMD Awards 2026

The Tangerang Selatan City Government (Pemkot Tangsel) has won several prestigious awards at the TOP BUMD Awards 2026, held in Jakarta on Monday (13/4/2026).

In the event, the Tangerang Selatan Investment Development Regional Owned Enterprise (Perseroda PITS), owned by Pemkot Tangsel, successfully secured the Perumdam category with a five-star predicate, as well as Top CEO BUMD and Top BUMD Mentor for Tangsel Mayor Benyamin Davnie.

Representing Mayor Benyamin Davnie, Tangsel City Regional Secretary Bambang Noertjahjo stated that the achievement is the result of synergy between the local government and all BUMD ranks in Tangerang Selatan City in strengthening governance and improving the performance of regional companies.

“This award is recognition of our collective efforts in building healthy, professional BUMDs capable of contributing to the regional economy,” said Bambang.

He added that the success in winning multiple categories simultaneously demonstrates that the mentoring carried out by Pemkot Tangsel is running effectively, from management strengthening to service innovations.

Therefore, he affirmed that Pemkot Tangsel will continue to promote BUMD governance strengthening through quality improvements, accountability, and service innovations.

“In the future, we want Tangsel City’s BUMDs to be increasingly adaptive, competitive, and able to provide added value, both for regional revenue and public services,” he said.

The TOP BUMD Awards is a national-level event that provides appreciation to BUMDs and local governments for performance achievements, leadership, and their contributions to driving regional economic growth.

This award is expected to serve as a motivator for the Tangerang Selatan City Government to continuously improve the quality of sustainable BUMD mentoring.
