Tangerang to get haj dormitory

TANGERANG: A Rp 7.5 billion haj dormitory for Banten province
will be built on five hectares of land in Sepatan district,
Tangerang regency, this year.

The head of the regency's Development Planning Body, Suryana,
said on Wednesday the administration had allocated Rp 2.5 billion
from the 2003 budget for the project.

The provincial administration also will provide up to Rp 5
billion for the construction.

Suryana said Sepatan district was chosen as the location for
the provincial dormitory because the district is close to the
Sukarno-Hatta International Airport. --JP
