The western region of Greater Jakarta continues to demonstrate significant progress as one of the new primary growth centres for residential housing. Supported by increasingly integrated infrastructure, developing transport connectivity, and the emergence of self-contained urban areas, the Tangerang Raya region is becoming increasingly competitive in attracting both the public and property investors.

This trend is reflected in data from Rumah123 in early 202<0xC2>6, which noted that Tangerang holds a residential search market share of 14.8 per cent, surpassing South Jakarta at 12.4 per cent. The high interest in this area is prompting developers to continuously introduce new housing products that cater to the needs of urban communities, particularly young families and first-time homebuyers.

Amidst this development, Park Serpong has launched its latest residential product, titled the Infinite Collection, located within the Palisade North cluster. This product is part of the area’s ongoing development and aims to meet market demand for modern housing that remains relatively affordable.

The Infinite Collection features a ‘Designer Inspired Homes’ concept with modern facades, efficient layouts, and an approach to living that aligns with contemporary urban lifestyles. The concept highlights not only architectural design but also offers a more personalised living experience through show houses curated by various creative professionals, including graphic, interior, and fashion designers. In addition to providing options for first-time buyers, the area also targets premium and luxury residential segments.

In terms of connectivity, the area is supported by access to the Jakarta–Merak Toll Road, the Serbaraja Toll Road, the planned JORR 3, and KRL access via Jatake and Cisauk stations, as well as the planned Phase 3 MRT development from Cikarang to Balaraja. This infrastructure is seen as further strengthening the appeal of the Serpong area as a new residential destination in Greater Jakarta, supporting its positioning as a ‘Vibrant City at the Heart of Serpong’. To date, Park Serpong has recorded over 12,000 housing units sold, with more than 5,800 units and shop-houses handed over to consumers.

LippoLand CEO David Iman Santosa stated that the Infinite Collection is available in six product variants: Bronze Crafted Livin, Silver Crafted Livin, Urban Crafted Livin, TreeTops Crafted Livin, Gold Crafted Livin, and GoldTops Crafted Livin. All types are designed with a modern compact living approach that prioritises space efficiency, comfort, and long-term investment value.

“Through the Infinite Collection, we want to provide high-quality housing products with modern, functional designs and prices that remain affordable,” said David in an official statement. He added that the area’s development focuses not only on housing construction but also on creating a self-contained urban ecosystem capable of supporting all community needs, including education, lifestyle, commercial areas, healthcare, and comprehensive connectivity.

The Infinite Collection is marketed in various sizes, ranging from the Bronze Crafted type (land area 25.5 sqm, building area 25.3 sqm) to the GoldTops Crafted type (land area 86.4 sqm, building area 102.8 sqm). During the initial launch phase, these products are offered through an ‘Early Bird Special Price’ programme, with prices starting from approximately Rp330 million for the Bronze Crafted type up to Rp996 million for the GoldTops Crafted type (excluding VAT) via mortgage schemes.
