Tangerang Mayor Highlights Licensing Innovations During PTSP Performance Assessment

Tangerang Mayor H. Sachrudin has reaffirmed the Tangerang City Government’s commitment to delivering licensing services that are fast, easy, transparent and provide legal certainty for the public and business actors.

During the assessment, Mayor Sachrudin presented various licensing service innovations developed by the Tangerang City Government, including PBG 10 Jam, Sambut NIB, Sulton, Lintasan and Point, to the assessment team from the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM.

The Head of the Tangerang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP), Dr. Ir. R. Sugihharto Achmad Bagdja, M.Si., delivered a presentation as part of the 2026 Performance Assessment of One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) and Acceleration of Business Implementation (PPB) for Tangerang City.

BKPM assessor Wishnu W. Soedibyo expressed appreciation for the facilities and services prepared by the Tangerang City Government, particularly the Tangerang Public Service Mall (MPP), during the implementation of the PTSP and PPB performance assessment.
