Tangerang City's DPMPTSP Enters Top 6 in National PTSP Assessment, Undergoes Field Verification
Services at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Tangerang City have entered the top six best regions in the 2026 national performance assessment for One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) and Business Implementation Acceleration (PPB).
As part of the assessment stage, an evaluation team from the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM RI, together with expert teams from PT Surveyor Indonesia and the Cabinet Secretariat, conducted a field verification at the Public Service Mall (MPP) Building of Tangerang City on Tuesday (11/8).
The field verification was carried out as a follow-up to the assessment presentation stage and to verify the conformity between documents, local government presentations, and actual service conditions in the field.
Wisnu Soedibjo from the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM RI evaluation team said that Tangerang City was nominated among the top six best out of 248 cities participating in the assessment.
‘It happens that Tangerang City is nominated among the top six best out of 248 cities across Indonesia,’ he said in an interview on Tuesday (11/8).
Meanwhile, PT Surveyor Indonesia expert Meyer Siburian explained that the assessment covers a number of aspects, ranging from infrastructure, human resources (HR), standard operating procedures (SOP), to service supervision.
Of the 248 cities participating in the assessment, 93 cities entered the advanced assessment stage. Subsequently, only six regions passed to the field verification stage. The top three regions will be announced next month.
‘The assessment is very strict and objective. The first, second, and third place winners are usually very close, possibly differing by just 0.1 point,’ he said.
At the same location, Head of Tangerang City DPMPTSP Sugihharto Achmad Bagdja said that the achievement was inseparable from the document and evidence improvements carried out by his office, including after receiving assistance from BKPM consultants.
‘Thank God, we also did not expect to be nominated among the top six cities in Indonesia. Finally, we tried to optimise the completeness of the evidence in question,’ he said.
According to Sugihharto, the improvement in licensing services is also supported by cross-organisational collaboration among regional apparatus organisations (OPD), including the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency, the Housing and Settlement Agency, the Communication and Information Agency, the Health Agency, and other technical OPDs.
DPMPTSP also continues to develop service innovations, such as SULTON or Online Consultation, the 10-Hour Building Approval (PBG) service, and LINTASAN as a 24-hour service information channel.
Since its launch on 2 February 2026, the online consultation service has received approximately 2,000 questions and complaints from the public. DPMPTSP targets each complaint to be responded to within a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes.
Service innovation has also been expanded through TikTok live broadcasts to convey information to the public. One 47-minute broadcast reportedly received 372,300 likes and added approximately 1,031 followers.
Furthermore, he said that Tangerang City’s achievement in this year’s assessment continues a positive track record. Previously, in 2022, Tangerang City had won the national best title in the PTSP and Business Implementation Acceleration Performance assessment.
