Take Note: Photos of Homes and Electricity Tokens Now Required for Subsidised BPJS Kesehatan Participants

Photographs of housing conditions and prepaid electricity token receipts will form part of the supporting documentation in the verification and ground-check process for BPJS Kesehatan participants in the subsidised category known as Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI).

The requirement is designed to bolster the accuracy of eligibility assessments for recipients of government-subsidised national health insurance contributions, ensuring that assistance is properly targeted at those who qualify.
