Take Note! Car Free Day on Jalan Sudirman Bogor to Return Tomorrow

The Bogor City Government will reintroduce Car Free Day (CFD) on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman. The CFD is set to take place tomorrow, Sunday, 6 September 2026.

“Good news for the residents of Bogor City! Bogor City’s Car Free Day is returning as a healthy, safe, and enjoyable public space for the entire community,” stated an official announcement from the Bogor City Government on Saturday (5/9/2026).

The Bogor City Government invites the public to utilise this public space for activities such as exercising or simply gathering with family.

“Let us use the morning to exercise, take a leisurely walk, cycle, gather with family, and enjoy a more citizen-friendly urban space,” the announcement explained.

The CFD will be held from 06:00 to 09:00 WIB. The affected area will stretch from Simpang Air Mancur to Simpang Sawojajar.

“For those bringing vehicles, please utilise the parking areas provided as indicated on the location map in the flyer,” it added.

During the CFD, traffic passing through the area will be diverted, affecting vehicles travelling from both the Air Mancur and Kebun Raya Bogor directions.

“Let us work together to maintain cleanliness, order, and comfort throughout the event,” the statement concluded.
