The Tabanan Regional Police have achieved another milestone by receiving the Presisi Awards from the Indonesian Police Strategic Research Institute (Lemkapi) during a ceremony held at the Tathya Dharaka Field, Tabanan, on Tuesday (7/7/2026). The award was presented directly by the Executive Director of Lemkapi, Edi Saputra Hasibuan, to the Chief of Tabanan Police, AKBP I Putu Bayu Pati.

The Presisi Award was granted to the Tabanan Police as a form of appreciation for their commitment to providing professional, innovative, and community-oriented policing services. Notably, the Tabanan Police, under the command of AKBP I Putu Bayu Pati, became the only regional police headquarters in Bali to receive this distinction.

In his address, AKBP I Putu Bayu Pati expressed his gratitude to Lemkapi for the recognition. He noted that the award is the result of the hard work of all personnel within the Tabanan Police in delivering the best possible service to the public.

“I hope this award serves as motivation to continue improving the quality of our performance, professionalism, and public trust in the National Police institution, specifically within the Tabanan Police,” said Bayu Pati.

Meanwhile, the Executive Director of Lemkapi, Edi Saputra Hasibuan, revealed that the award was based on various assessment indicators regarding innovation and the quality of public services provided by the Tabanan Police. He praised various breakthroughs, including the utilisation of approximately 13,000 integrated CCTV cameras as part of efforts to ensure security and improve public service.

“These innovations have received a positive response from the community and reflect the real-world implementation of a ‘Presisi’ (Predictive, Responsible, and Transparent) National Police force,” he asserted.

At the conclusion of the event, Lemkapi expressed its full support for the Tabanan Police to maintain this achievement and strive towards achieving the Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Zone (WBBM) designation.

The Presisi Awards are expected to encourage all Tabanan Police personnel to continue innovating, improving public service quality, and maintaining public trust through humane, professional, and high-integrity performance.

In addition to the Presisi Award, on Friday (3/7/2026), the Chief of Tabanan Police, AKBP I Putu Bayu Pati, also received the detikBali-Nusra Award 2026 in the Progress Accelerator category for his role as a Facilitator of Deliberation-Based Conflict Resolution.
