T-shirt bazaar at Bentara Budaya

JAKARTA: There is now another way to show your love: say it
with a T-shirt. Come to the T-shirt Expo and Bazaar at Bentara
Budaya Jakarta, on Jl. Palmerah Selatan 17, Central Jakarta, and
you can order your own T-shirt with a picture of your beloved
printed on it.

The one-week event, which will last until Sunday, features
about a dozen T-shirt producers from Bali, Yogyakarta, Bandung,
Jakarta and Bogor, who are famous for their unique, creative
designs.

The T-shirt painting is offered by Waroeng Kaos from Bogor.
Prices range between Rp 60,000 and Rp 200,000 for each order.

A workshop on designing and silk screen processing is being
held by C59 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 12
a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is Rp 40,000 for a
session.

Another event is a design contest by Soccer tabloid with total
prize money of Rp 3 million for the winner and two
runners-up. --JP
