Suzuki Inaugurates Five New Motorcycle Dealerships, Targeting High-Mobility Areas
PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) is strengthening its national network by inaugurating five new 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) motorcycle dealerships. This expansion targets areas with high daily mobility levels to provide easier access for consumers. The five new dealerships are located in strategic points, namely Solo (Central Java), Depok and Tambun (West Java), Surabaya (East Java), and Cakung (DKI Jakarta). “The high level of motorcycle usage activity in these areas indicates a need for transportation facilities as well as after-sales services,” said Agha in an official statement on Thursday (23/4/2026). This expansion is not without reason. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), there is a significant trend in the growth of motorcycle numbers throughout the 2024-2025 period in these areas. All new dealerships adopt the One-Stop Service concept, meaning consumers can purchase units, perform routine maintenance, and source spare parts in one location. To ensure quality, Suzuki has prepared mechanics with global certification through the Suzuki Service Qualification System (SSQS). In addition, workshop facilities are equipped with modern diagnostic tools such as the Suzuki Diagnostic System II (SDS II). Currently, Suzuki is supported by 82 official 3S dealerships spread across Indonesia. This effort represents Suzuki’s commitment to ensuring consumers receive fast and affordable services.
