Suzuki Inaugurates Five New Motorcycle Dealers in Several Cities
PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) has inaugurated five new motorcycle dealerships in Solo, Depok, Surabaya, Tambun, and Cakung. All these dealerships operate under a 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) model, providing sales, maintenance, and spare parts services in a single location.
This step aims to broaden service coverage in areas with relatively high daily mobility, particularly in urban and peri-urban zones around major cities.
According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the number of motorcycles in several provinces has increased during the 2024–2025 period. West Java recorded growth of 3.91%, Central Java 3.57%, East Java 3.44%, and DKI Jakarta 2.28%. This rise reflects the high usage of motorcycles as daily transportation.
Head of the 2W Sales & Marketing Department at PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales, Teuku Agha, stated that the network expansion is tailored to these needs.
“The high level of motorcycle usage in various regions indicates a demand for transportation means as well as after-sales services. The dealership expansion accommodates the provision of units, maintenance, and spare parts,” he said in an official statement.
The five new dealerships offer integrated services supported by technicians trained through the Suzuki Service Qualification System (SSQS). Additionally, diagnostic equipment such as the Suzuki Diagnostic System II (SDS II) is available to aid vehicle maintenance processes.
Facilities include showroom areas and service waiting rooms for customers. All services are designed to support both vehicle purchases and maintenance in one place.
Currently, Suzuki’s motorcycle network is supported by 82 official 3S dealerships spread across various regions in Indonesia. The network expansion is being carried out gradually to improve after-sales service access for consumers.
