Suzuki begins delivering latest XL7 to customers

PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) has officially carried out the handover of 26 latest XL7 vehicles, as a symbolic gesture to their customers in the Greater Jakarta area.

Deputy Managing Director of PT SIS, Donny Saputra, said that this momentum is a form of Suzuki’s appreciation for the trust of customers who have chosen domestically produced products.

“Within 16 days since its introduction, the latest Suzuki XL7 has recorded total orders (SPK) of more than 1,300 units. For Suzuki, this achievement is a meaningful start and demonstrates consumer acceptance of the XL7 as a vehicle that can support the mobility needs of Indonesian families,” said Donny Saputra in an official statement on Saturday (15/8).

The handover of the 26 units is a form of Suzuki’s appreciation to customers as well as marking the readiness of the latest XL7 to accompany family activities.

The customers also received souvenirs, as part of the vehicle handover ceremony before continuing their journey to their respective destinations.

This car continues to rely on the K15B petrol engine with a capacity of 1,462 cc, with a choice of manual and automatic transmissions.

For the New Alpha Hybrid and New Beta Hybrid variants, Suzuki equips them with Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki (SHVS) technology aimed at helping maintain a balance between performance and fuel efficiency.

The latest Suzuki XL7 is available in three variants, namely New Alpha Hybrid, New Beta Hybrid, and New Zeta. The on-the-road price for DKI Jakarta starts from Rp274.3 million to Rp329.7 million.

With the commencement of national distribution, Suzuki hopes the latest XL7 can strengthen its position as one of the family SUV choices in the Indonesian market.
