Suspension Ends, Tokopedia TikTok Balance Cannot Be Withdrawn

I would like to submit a complaint regarding my store balance on Tokopedia, which I have still been unable to withdraw even though the suspension period has ended. My store was subject to a three-month balance suspension, from 29 April 2026 to 29 July 2026. During that period, I complied with all the provisions imposed by Tokopedia and waited until the suspension period was completed.

Before the suspension period ended, I contacted Tokopedia’s Customer Service (CS) and Account Manager (AM) to confirm the balance withdrawal procedure. I was informed that once the penalty period was over, the balance could be withdrawn and I did not need to worry about any further obstacles.

However, after 29 July 2026, I was still unable to withdraw the balance. The system again asked me to submit various supporting documents, the same ones required when the suspension process was first initiated. In fact, those documents had previously been submitted and verified.

The suspension period has ended in accordance with the provisions set by Tokopedia. I have followed the entire process and met all the requirements requested.

The information provided by CS and AM does not match the situation I am experiencing, which has created uncertainty.

My most recent sales proceeds remain withheld without any clarity on when they can be withdrawn.
