Suspected teenage tout murdered

BOGOR: An alleged 17-year-old public minivan tout who operated
in the vicinity of Sukasari market, Bogor, West Java, was found
dead on Tuesday with his head almost severed from his body in
front of the Bogor Plaza shopping center.

The victim, Arpan, also had a stab wound to his abdomen.

The police believe that the victim, a resident of Cilebut
Timur village, Bogor, was murdered at around 2 a.m.

Damai, 42, and Mustari, 39, both relatives of the victim,
suspected that the victim had been killed by other touts as part
of a turf war at the market.

The case is still being investigated by local police.--JP
