‘I can convey on this occasion that several days ago, the suspect TH was named as a suspect in the assault,’ said West Java Police Chief Inspector General Rudi Setiawan to reporters at Hasan Sadikin Hospital in Bandung while visiting the victim on Tuesday (23/6/2026).

He added that the suspect is charged under Article 466 of the 2023 Criminal Code, along with articles pertaining to false imprisonment. Since the victim was taken to the hospital, police officers have taken swift action and received the complaint report.
