Suryainti to invest US$111 mln to build new tourist resort in Bali
Jakarta (ANTARA News/Asia Pulse) - Listed property company PT Suryainti Permata (JSX:SIIP) has said it will build a tourist resort over a 20-hectare plot of land in the Pecatu area in Bali with a total investment of Rp1 trillion (US$111 million).
The resort would have up to 500 cottages to be sold at a price of US$1 million to US$3 million per unit, an 18-hole golf course, a five-star hotel and other facilities, company president Henry J Gunawan said.
Construction would start next month and was to be completed next year, he was quoted as saying by the newspaper Investor Daily.
