Surya Semesta Subsidiary Disburses Rp240 Billion for Edenhaus Serpong
PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. (SSIA), through its subsidiary TCP Internusa, is strengthening its residential property business with the launch of Edenhaus Serpong, valued at Rp240 billion, in the Serpong area of South Tangerang, Banten.
TCP Internusa Vice President Director Suhartono Widjojo said that with an investment value reaching Rp240 billion, the project is being developed on a 2.2-hectare plot of land.
“We are targeting all 113 units to be completed and handed over within 12 months,” he said in an official statement on Tuesday (25/8/2026).
He added that the Edenhaus Serpong project is a follow-up development to the success of Edenhaus Simatupang. However, the latest project targets a broader market segment with more affordable pricing.
“At Edenhaus Serpong, we are building an exclusive total of 113 housing units. This serves as proof that resort-style luxury living with premium environmental quality can be enjoyed by young families at a reasonable price,” he added.
Edenhaus Serpong is being marketed with initial prices ranging from Rp1.2 billion to Rp2.2 billion. This price is significantly lower than Edenhaus Simatupang, which previously targeted a segment with a price range of Rp6 billion to Rp10 billion.
The launch of this project comes as the performance of SSIA’s property segment is showing acceleration. As part of the SSIA Group, TCP Internusa is one of the company’s residential property business development vehicles within SSIA’s portfolio, which includes real estate and property, industrial estates, construction, and hospitality.
Based on the company’s financial report, SSIA recorded consolidated revenue of Rp3.35 trillion in the first half of 2026, surging 58.4% year-on-year (YoY) compared to Rp2.12 trillion in the same period the previous year.
SSIA VP of Investor Relations and Corporate Communication Erlin Budiman said the growth was mainly supported by the property segment, which recorded the highest revenue increase.
The strengthening operational performance also lifted SSIA’s net profit to Rp262.6 billion in the first half of 2026. The property segment was again the main contributor, with net profit reaching Rp459.3 billion, soaring compared to Rp44.9 billion in the first half of 2025.
This performance serves as one of the foundations for SSIA to continue developing its property portfolio, including through TCP Internusa.
TCP Internusa has previously developed a number of projects, including Kuningan Raya, Graha Internusa, Tanjung Mas Raya, Edenhaus Simatupang, and Rumida Subang.
