PT Surya Fajar Capital Tbk (SFAN) plans to restructure the group through the divestment of ownership in two subsidiary entities to the shareholder, PT Surya Fajar Corpora (SFC). Citing information disclosed to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the company will dispose of ownership in two subsidiaries, namely PT Digitalisasi Perangkat Indonesia (DPI) and PT Surya Fajar Investama (SFI). ‘PT Surya Fajar Capital Tbk (“the Company”) intends to restructure the group through the divestment of ownership in the Subsidiaries namely PT Digitalisasi Perangkat Indonesia (“DPI”) and PT Surya Fajar Investama (“SFI”) to the Shareholder of the Company namely PT Surya Fajar Corpora (“SFC”) (the “Transaction”),’ the management wrote on Friday (6 March 2026). The management also emphasised that the proposed transaction will not have a material impact on the Company’s operational activities or financial position. For information, SFAN Capital is a company engaged in investment, services, as well as management and business consulting. The company also conducts trading and finance activities and operates in the financial services sector.
