The prosecutor explained that Nur’s theft occurred between August and September 2024, with a total of Rp1.285 billion stolen from Tonny’s account.

Nur conducted seven gold purchase transactions, worth hundreds of millions of rupiah.

The details of the defendant Nur’s gold purchases, as per the prosecutor’s indictment, are as follows:

• 17 August 2024 at Wahyu Redjo Bg Junction: jewellery worth Rp33,375,000 and Rp9,683,800

• 21 August 2024 at Wahyu Redjo Bg Junction: jewellery worth Rp46,061,600

• 22 August 2024 at Wahyu Redjo Royal Plaza: jewellery worth Rp8,584,100

• 24 August 2024 at Wahyu Redjo Bg Junction: jewellery worth Rp1,914,000

• 6 September 2024 at Wahyu Redjo Bg Junction: jewellery worth Rp40,884,700

• 11 September 2024 at Liontin jewellery store: pendant worth Rp11,839,700

• 13 September 2024 at Wahyu Redjo Bg Junction: jewellery worth Rp11,839,700
