SURABAYA: Minister of Tourism, Post and Telecommunication Joop Ave on Thursday will reopen the Mandarin Oriental Majapahit Hotel's doors for service on Dec. 5 after two and a half years of being closed for restoration.
Management said the hotel will boast the wide range of facilities that people can expect from a five-star hotel.
The hotel also claims to have the largest presidential suite in Asia, featuring a two-floor 800-square meter room which costs US$ 1,500 per night.
During the promotional period the hotel is inviting Surabayans to try out the renovated, international hotel for a special rate.
