SUPR Majority Owner Protelindo Sets Voluntary Tender Offer Price at Rp45,000 per Share
PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), the majority shareholder, will conduct a voluntary tender offer (VTO) for shares of PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR). The VTO follows shareholder approval on 20 May 2026 for the company’s plan to go private and delist its shares. Protelindo has set the tender offer price at Rp45,000 per share, with the offer period running from 24 July to 24 August 2026. Protelindo currently holds 1,107,187,889 shares, representing 97.33% of SUPR’s total issued and paid-up capital. Meanwhile, PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (iForte) holds 29,411,765 shares, or approximately 2.58% of SUPR. If all remaining public shares are tendered, Protelindo’s ownership will increase to 1,137,579,698 shares, giving it 100% control of SUPR. The share transactions under the VTO will be executed through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) crossing mechanism, with settlement processed via PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI). The offer price of Rp45,000 per share represents a premium over SUPR’s current market price of Rp43,850. SUPR is owned by Protelindo, a business entity of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), which is part of the Djarum Group.
