Property developer Ciputra Group is strengthening the development of the Citra Maja City independent township in Maja, Banten. One of the efforts involves enhancing the ecosystem of supporting facilities in the Canggu Cluster to support the comfort and daily activities of residents.

The 2,000-hectare area, located 500 metres from Maja KRL Station, embraces an integrated city concept, complementing residential areas with educational, health, commercial, green open space, and worship facilities.

Dept. Head of Marketing Communication Citra Maja City, Raymond Christantyo, explained that the development of the area is not merely measured by the number of homes built, but also by the presence of facilities capable of comprehensively supporting the community’s lifestyle.

“We believe a good city is one that can bring life to its community. Therefore, we do not only build houses, but also continue to provide facilities that allow residents to carry out their activities comfortably, safely, and with greater ease,” said Raymond on Saturday (15/8/2026).

In the Canggu Cluster, the residential ecosystem has been equipped with a row of actively operating commercial shophouses to meet daily needs, a boom gate security system, a children’s playground, and plans for a futsal field facility currently under construction. The cluster’s location is also noted as the closest to worship facilities within the Citra Maja City area.
