Supporting Community Welfare, AQUA Receives Award from Istiqlal Mosque
This award is a form of appreciation for the collaboration established in supporting the convenience of worshipers while also strengthening social concern and community welfare.
The Chairman of Amaliyah Ramadan at the Istiqlal Mosque, KH. Bukhori Sail Attahiri, Lc., MA., expressed his appreciation for AQUA’s real contribution in supporting various Ramadan activities at the Istiqlal Mosque.
“The Istiqlal Mosque appreciates AQUA’s real contribution which has supported various Ramadan activities at Istiqlal with full commitment and concern. The support provided not only helps to meet the needs of worshipers during worship, but also presents a spirit of collaboration to create a more comfortable, healthy worship experience, and broad benefits for society. We hope that this kind of collaboration can continue for the prosperity of the mosque and the welfare of the community,” he said in a written statement on Sunday (17/5/2026).
As one of the supporting partners for activities at the Istiqlal Mosque, AQUA presented several initiatives to support the needs of worshipers during Ramadan until Eid al-Fitr. This support was realized through the ‘Kajian Adem Ramadan’ program, providing tens of thousands of packages of meals for breaking fast together, and providing mineral water regularly to meet the hydration needs of worshipers.
All of this support is part of a strategic collaboration between AQUA and BPMI regarding the prosperity of the mosque and the welfare of the community. This collaboration also reflects the spirit of mutual cooperation and synergy between religious institutions and the business world in providing benefits for society.
Meanwhile, Senior Public Affairs & Sustainability Director of Danone Indonesia, Karyanto Wibowo, said that this award is a reminder that the collaboration built with the Istiqlal Mosque is part of AQUA’s long-term commitment to continue to be present and provide benefits for society.
