Supporting Children's Education, Polda Metro Builds TK Kemala Bhayangkari 54 Serpong
The Chair of the Metro Jaya Regional Kemala Bhayangkari Foundation Board, Indah Asep Edi Suheri, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the TK Kemala Bhayangkari 54 Serpong building in Serpong, South Tangerang (Tangsel). The school construction is described as a concrete form of investment in early childhood education.
Also present at the event were the Metro Jaya Regional Police Chief Irjen Asep Edi Suheri, the Deputy Regional Police Chief Brigjen Dekananto Eko Purwono, main officials of Polda Metro Jaya, and the South Tangerang Metropolitan Police Chief. The presence of these officials represents support for the development of the education sector within the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya.
Indah stated that the construction of TK Kemala Bhayangkari 54 Serpong is more than just building a new structure. She expressed hope that the school would become a safe, comfortable growth space that optimally supports children’s learning processes.
“Early childhood education is an important foundation in shaping the character, intelligence, and personality of the nation’s next generation. Therefore, the construction of TK Kemala Bhayangkari 54 Serpong is not merely physical development, but a long-term investment to prepare an excellent generation with noble morals and readiness to face the future,” said Indah on Friday (27/3/2026).
She explained that the quality of children’s education is also determined by a supportive learning environment for their growth and development. According to her, the presence of a proper, safe, comfortable, and child-friendly school building is considered important to support the teaching and learning process.
In addition, the Metro Jaya Regional Kemala Bhayangkari Foundation is said to continue committing to supporting improvements in education quality, both within the Bhayangkari environment and the wider community. TK Kemala Bhayangkari 54 Serpong is expected not only to be a place of learning but also a space for building character, discipline, creativity, and children’s self-confidence.
