JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk has disbursed multi-purpose iB Hijrah financing amounting to Rp 647 billion throughout 2025. This realisation represents a 37.1% increase compared to the previous year, which stood at Rp 472 billion. The number of accounts or number of accounts (NoA) has also risen. By the end of 2025, the number of accounts reached 8,865. This figure grew 25.3% annually or year-on-year (yoy). One of the main drivers stems from Bank Muamalat’s designation as the payroll bank for civil servants (ASN). “This growth is supported by the expansion of payroll cooperation with various institutions, including ASN salary disbursements that encourage the utilisation of the iB Hijrah Multi-Purpose product,” he stated in a written release on Thursday (16/4/2026). Optimising the payroll ecosystem opens opportunities for increased use of the iB Hijrah multi-purpose product. Consumer financing needs among customers have also risen. This condition serves as the main growth engine in the consumer segment. The sector includes education and healthcare services, such as schools, universities, and hospitals. This segment is considered to have stable financing needs. “We are also optimising other segments, including state institutions, SOEs, the hajj and umrah ecosystem, and the halal industry, which are deemed to have sharia-based financing needs,” he said.
