Supply Chain Infrastructure Boosts AZKO’s Business Scale: Here’s the Evidence
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (ACES) is consistently maintaining the availability of AZKO products while optimising distribution costs. AZKO is supported in this effort by the supply chain infrastructure of its parent company, Kawan Lama Group.
AZKO’s capabilities are underpinned by operational infrastructure comprising 29 distribution centres (DCs) spread from Aceh to Papua. These include six DCs in Sumatra, including Batam and Tanjung Morawa (Tamora); eight in Java; five in Kalimantan; four in Sulawesi; two in Nusa Tenggara; two in Maluku; and two in Papua.
This infrastructure supports the operation of 283 AZKO stores, with further expansion planned in more than 100 cities across Indonesia. It enables products to be made available more quickly and nearby, while allowing the company to respond more effectively to customer demand.
The distribution of AZKO products across the regions is supported by Kawan Lama Group’s distribution centre system. The group operates 20 interconnected distribution centres in strategic locations across Indonesia, enabling it to deliver products efficiently throughout the country.
To manage its high volume of deliveries, the company uses Warehouse Management System and Enterprise Resource Planning applications, which provide comprehensive data on distribution flows. Kawan Lama Group’s distribution centres are also equipped with a fleet of trucks of various types and capacities. Professional staff work together to handle products from storage through to delivery to customers, ensuring they arrive on time and in good condition.
PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk Director Gregory S. Widjaja said ACES would continue to improve store productivity and maintain business relevance through several strategic initiatives. “The company will focus on developing its product portfolio, strengthening supply chain capabilities, and making use of digital technology and AI. In addition, expanding the network into promising areas and improving the customer experience will remain part of the company’s efforts to drive sustainable business growth,” Gregory said, according to a written statement on Friday (9 October 2026).
The supply chain infrastructure has helped AZKO maintain solid sales growth of 6.5% year to date through July 2026, supported by a stable conversion rate and healthy average transaction values. Same-store sales growth (SSSG) remained positive, with growth spread evenly across regions.
ACES is targeting the opening of 25 to 30 AZKO stores and 40 to 50 NEKA stores during 2026. As of September 2026, it had opened 19 AZKO stores, including in new cities such as Berau, Pasuruan, Timika, Kuningan, Baturaja, Jepara and Mamuju, as well as 21 new NEKA stores.
