Superloop Selects Aria Systems to Modernise Billing and Support Growth Across Multiple Markets
Superloop, an Australian challenger telecommunications provider, has selected Aria Billing Cloud as its unified billing solution across cloud computing for all operations in the consumer, business, wholesale, and white-label segments.
Founded in 2014, Superloop has grown rapidly in mobile services, broadband, on-net connectivity, and recently recorded annual revenue growth of 31% in 2025 alone. As the company has expanded through organic growth and acquisitions, it has accumulated multiple internal billing platforms built on disparate technologies, exacerbating operational complexity and system duplication across its operations.
To support its next phase of growth, Superloop sought a SaaS billing platform capable of consolidating legacy systems into a single environment to support its complete product range across all market segments and to provide a more intuitive and efficient experience for both customers and internal teams.
