Jakarta, VIVA – PT Super Bank Indonesia Tbk (Superbank) held its first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) since officially becoming a public company in December 2025.

Superbank’s Chief Financial Officer, Melisa Hendrawati, stated that in this inaugural AGM, the company decided not to distribute dividends for the 2025 fiscal year.

This decision is based on the Limited Liability Company Law (UU PT), which stipulates that dividends may only be distributed if the company has positive retained earnings.

“Therefore, for this year, the bank has no plans to distribute dividends this year,” said Melisa in her statement on Monday, 27 April 2026.

Meanwhile, Superbank’s President Director, Tigor M. Siahaan, said that the holding of this AGM marks an important milestone for Superbank in continuing the strong growth momentum post-IPO, in line with the solid financial performance throughout 2025.

As previously announced, Superbank recorded a pre-tax profit of Rp 143.3 billion in 2025, supported by a 160% year-on-year growth in net interest income to Rp 1.6 trillion, as well as a 50% year-on-year credit expansion to Rp 9.6 trillion.

Third-party funds (DPK) also increased significantly by 139% year-on-year to Rp 11.8 trillion, while total assets grew 87% year-on-year to Rp 21.3 trillion, reflecting healthy and measured business expansion.

“Our first AGM as a public company is an important momentum to strengthen the foundation of governance while continuing the solid growth we have built,” said Tigor.

He added that the 2025 performance achievements reflect the success of the digital strategy based on the ecosystem that we have implemented disciplinedly, as well as the increasing customer trust in Superbank.

“Going forward, we will continue to expand the penetration of digital services through strategic collaborations in the ecosystem, from OVO Nabung, the Kartu Untung card with KakaoBank, to the integration of the Pinjaman Atur Sendiri application in Grab and OVO to provide increasingly relevant and accessible financial services,” he stated.
