Summit, Borobudur sign tie-up

JAKARTA (JP): The United Kingdom-based Summit Hotels and
Resorts signed an agreement on Thursday to manage Hotel Borobudur
Jakarta's international reservation and marketing.

The agreement enables guests to make reservations for Hotel
Borobudur Jakarta from 13 reservation offices in 13 countries in
Europe and the Asia-Pacific, as well as the United States and
Australia, Hotel Borobudur said in a statement.

Hotel Borobudur will have access to a central reservation
system with a worldwide network of toll-free telephone
reservation offices, and connectivity to a global distribution
system as well as the Internet.

Summit is a group comprised of over 150 independent hotels and
resorts across the world, offering an extensive sales, marketing,
and reservation distribution network to independent hotels
seeking to increase international business. (10)
