PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) recorded a net profit of Rp 1.2 trillion throughout 2025 and will distribute dividends of up to Rp 82 billion from this achievement. President Director Adrianto P. Adhi reported that during 2025 the company posted revenue of Rp 8.77 trillion, dominated by marketing sales which grew 27 percent year-on-year (yoy) to Rp 5.53 trillion. “In 2025, we managed to achieve marketing sales exceeding the Rp 5 trillion target, reaching Rp 5.53 trillion,” said Adrianto in a statement on Friday, 12 June 2026. From the net profit of Rp 1.2 trillion, he confirmed that Summarecon will distribute a dividend of Rp 5 per share, totalling Rp 82,542,841,790. Adrianto added that this achievement was the result of developing nine integrated township areas, spread across Kelapa Gading, Serpong, Bekasi, Bogor, Bandung, Karawang, Makassar, Crown Gading, and Tangerang. Meanwhile, marketing sales growth was driven by high market demand for new property products, particularly in the middle and upper-middle segments with strong purchasing power. Amid ongoing economic challenges, he expressed gratitude that the middle and upper-middle housing market continued to show good resilience in demand for Summarecon products. “Our products continue to prioritise innovation, high construction quality, integrated township development concepts, and long-term investment value,” he said. In response to the ongoing economic challenges, Summarecon will maintain prudent cash management and monitor market changes. The company will also focus on sustainable integrated township development to ensure long-term growth for all stakeholders. The Property Development unit, which includes sales of residential, commercial, and apartment units, recorded revenue of Rp 5.51 trillion. This unit remained the largest contributor to Summarecon’s total revenue, accounting for 63 percent. On the other hand, the Investment Property and Management segment grew with revenue reaching Rp 2.28 trillion in 2025, an increase of 6 percent, mainly supported by increased shopping centre rental income which rose by Rp 113.85 billion. This unit contributed 26 percent of total revenue.
